Preparation Guide:


  • Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Drink plenty of water throughout the day leading up to your class. Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before.


  • Dress Lightly: Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothes (like shorts and a tank top). Less is more.


  • Essentials: Bring a yoga mat, a large towel to cover your mat (essential for hygiene and grip), and a bottle of water. We offer high-quality mats and towels for rent, as well as electrolyte drinks for purchase.


  • Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early. This gives you time to register, meet your instructor, get comfortable with the room temperature, and ground yourself before the session begins.


  • During Class: Listen to your body. It is completely normal and encouraged to take a rest (sitting or lying down) whenever you need to. The most important thing you can do is stay in the room and breathe deeply. The challenge is as much mental as it is physical.
